Sponser Gels

For me personally the best gels I know. Simple in taste, easy to digest and I have the choice between two different ones: “Liquid Energy” for slow release energy and “Liquid Energy Plus” with caffeine and different sugar for the quicker kick, but still sustainable. On long training rides or marathon races I use for the first half “Liquid Energy” and towards the end  “Liquid Energy Plus” gels.
